Staff Mentoring

First Nation Staff and Director Mentoring is a developmental program designed to empower and support First Nation professionals by fostering leadership, skill development, and cultural knowledge. This mentoring initiative pairs experienced directors with emerging staff or junior leaders within First Nation communities or organizations.
